I am a Dame Kathleen Ollerenshaw Fellow (Assistant Professor) at the Computer Science Department of the University of Manchester. My current research project is mainly in machine learning for healthcare applications. The main diseases to be studied include cancer, heart disease and fetal growth limitation. My research interests are machine learning, deep learning, Bayesian learning, interpretable learning and bioinformatics.
